Delphino Consultancy was founded by Angelo Hulshout in the summer of 2008, finally giving in to the years long itch of wanting to have his own company.
Through Delphino Consultancy he is looking for ways to put his experience in software-and systems architecture and his passion for training and coaching to good use.
In a competitive market, Delphino Consultancy tries to make a difference by really listening to it's customers and helping them find the right answer to their challenges, rather than pushing for solutions that do not meet the goal.
Delphino Consultancy is at your service when you need someone to design an architecture, collect requirements, as well as when you need someone to train or coach people in these areas. In the end, the goal is to help you meet your challenges and make our support unnecessary. This based on the proven principle of the English top-coach John Whitmore: the best way to help a person or an organisation is by helping her face her own challenges rather than removing them for her.

Dolphins are magnificent animals in many ways. Elegant and swift in the water, communicative and intelligent in everything they do as well as friendly and playful in their dealings. An externally hired architect or consultant should possess these same properties, albeit in your organisation rather than in the water. This, to make the distinction with the walrusses, who never leave their desk and screen, or the seagulls who often cause more trouble and unrest than they solve problems. This is the philosophy behind Delphino - a name derived from delfino, the Italian name for dolphin.
